The Brno Beer Spa issues these General Terms and Conditions for the provision of services to clients, regulating and defining their rights and obligations.
Description of services
Infrasauna
The infrared sauna is located in the same rooms as the larch baths. The infrared sauna works on the principle of two-wave infrared radiation. The duration of the treatment is 20 – 25 minutes.
Beer bath
The beer bath takes place in original larch tubs. The bath is enriched with ingredients necessary for the production of beer. The bath in the beer bath lasts 20 – 25 minutes. The beer bath includes unlimited consumption of Pilsner Urquell lager. After the bath is over, the client has a lounger to rest on or goes to the massage room for a massage or wrap.
Herbal steam box
The herbal steam box is made of Siberian cedar and in conjunction with the steam generator is designed for relaxation and rehabilitation procedures. The temperature inside the device is from 40 – 47 degrees Celsius with maximum humidity where the whole body is steamed.
Ordering services
On the website
Online ordering of services can be done at: www.brnenskepivnilazne.cz. You can use the RB payment gateway or bank transfer to pay for your order on the website.
Telephone orders
Services at the Brno Beer Spa can also be ordered by calling +420739011339 and +420728867354. On the basis of the telephone reservation, the client is sent a confirmation of the order. Telephone orders can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The order is considered completed and valid only after the payment has been credited to the company’s account.
Order confirmation – voucher
After payment of the order, the client receives a voucher, which serves as proof of successful ordering of services.
Operating hours
Spa opening hours are Wednesday and Thursday 12-20h, Friday and Saturday 10-22h. Twice a month is sanitation day.
In the event that the operator decides to modify the opening hours, it undertakes to inform clients of this change via its website.
Rules of procedure
Clients should arrive no later than 10 minutes before the start of the treatment. In the event of late arrival, clients are not entitled to an extension of the procedure or financial compensation.
Before starting the treatment, the client presents a voucher to the reception staff of the beer spa, which proves the ordering and payment of the ordered services. Clients undertake to follow the instructions of the beer spa staff, especially those concerning safety during the beer bath and the stay in the infrared sauna.
During the infrared sauna and beer bath is prohibited:
Move outside the defined areas
Smoking, taking drugs and lighting fires
To carry out activities that pose a threat to health or life, both to oneself and to persons moving around the beer spa area.
Manipulate, move or otherwise damage the internal equipment of the beer baths
Take away items belonging to the internal facilities and property of the beer baths
Enter the technical facilities area.
Failure to follow the instructions of the staff and outside the scope of the beer bath regulations
Obligations of the client
Clients have the right to the provision of services in the scope and quality according to the paid order.
Clients are obliged to follow the set procedure program and comply with the rules of the procedure set out in these GTC.
In the event that a client under the age of 18 participates in the procedure, he/she is prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages during the procedure, regardless of whether the consumption of alcohol is part of the
ordered services.
The client is obliged to prove his/her age at the request of the operator before the start of the procedure by means of an ID card, passport or other identity card. In case of excessive pollution of the premises, the client is obliged to pay the costs of cleaning and sanitation of the premises in the amount of CZK 1,800.
Obligations of the operator
The operator is obliged to record only personal data about clients that are strictly necessary to identify the client in connection with the provision of services and for the purpose of issuing a tax document.
If the provider is forced to make a change in the scope of services or the date of their planned provision, the client has the right to cancel the order. In this case, he is entitled to a refund
100% of the order price paid to date.
The client has the right to cancel the order, but no later than 14 days before the scheduled date of the ordered procedure. In this case, the client is entitled to a refund of 100% of the price already paid.
Health risks and recommendations
Health risks of bathing in a beer bath
Beer baths are not suitable for people with high blood pressure, after heart surgery, pregnant women from 3 months of pregnancy and children under 15 years of age. Cardiacs are advised to consult a visit to the spa with their doctor.
Health risks of infrared sauna use
Staying in the infrared sauna is not suitable for patients with adrenaline treatment, systemic lupus erythematosus or multiple sclerosis. Furthermore, the use of the infrared sauna is not suitable for pregnant women and clients with body implants.
Complaints
If the scope or quality of services provided by Brno Beer Spa is demonstrably lower than agreed in the confirmed order, the client has the right to complain. The Client is obliged to submit its claims and deficiencies without undue delay so that they can be immediately eliminated. If these deficiencies cannot be corrected, the client and the spa employee will issue a written complaint.
Final provisions
Brněnské pivní lázně, s.r.o. has the right to change and update the General Terms and Conditions. The current version of the GTC is always published on the website www.brnenskepivnilazne.cz
