On the one hand, there are more and more people who do not get enough exercise, and on the other hand, there are athletes or physically demanding jobs that often overload the body. Massage acting immediately and once not only on the physical, but also

It heats the body to a greater depth than a steam sauna.
The temperature inside the bath is around 40°C with almost 100% relative humidity.

The mist of warm saturated steam helps to open the internal circulation channels and quickly rid the body of toxins through the skin.
