The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
The voucher can be returned to the seller within the legal period, i.e. 14 days from the date of purchase when 100% will be refunded.
The voucher cannot be returned to the retailer after the expiry of the statutory period.
The voucher can be extended beyond the validity period upon written request, or. to rebook it under a different name.
Voucher renewal cannot be requested after the expiry date.
If the cancellation is not made in writing at least 7 days in advance, the cancellation is 100% without any refund.
